Crown Cast is a medium-sized foundry specialising in the manufacture of high quality cast iron and steel products. Built and commissioned in 1992, our factory is well equipped with modern and versatile machinery.

 

Our layout and production facilities include floor and semi-automated machine moulding stations. This allows us the flexibility of producing large or small batches and gives us the ability to manufacture castings weighing between 1 kg and 2 tons.

 

We are able to cater for a high variety of castings, as well as giving the customers complete choice of the batch volume, something often not possible with either a very small or very large foundry.

 

The versatility of Crown Cast is well suited to those users who require a reliable and flexible supplier, with shorter lead times than the industry norm.

 

All grades of iron produced are in accordance with accepted local and international standards. At Crown Cast we specialise in spheroidal graphite iron, which makes of the majority of our total output.

 

Our in-house pattern shop and fully equipped laboratory allow us to offer a wide range of cast iron and steel products to suit most customer and industry needs.
